Returns must be shipped via a courier service to the provided return address. We do not offer pickup services. Return address in Pakistan will be provided after approval.

7. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
9. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for size or change of mind. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery (this applies to exchange requests only).
10. Restocking Fees
No restocking fees will be charged on any type of return.
11. Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
